Last -Wednesday-I was in my dermatologist’s waiting room along with a young man. A woman without an appointment walked in with her dog and requested a follow up for a bleeding lesion. A Physician Assistant stepped into the waiting room and after taking a quick look at the lesion, suggested a simple band aid as a remedy. The woman thanked the PA and left the office by saying ´thank you & enjoy your Friday. The young man and I exchanged puzzled looks. I told him ‘thanks for confirming I wasn’t crazy. I thought I had lost a couple of days.´ A few minutes later, as the young man turned the door handle to leave, I was still waiting to be called in & said Have a Good Friday as we both smiled.
